Coker Farm

Established in 1977 by Judy and Max Richter, the farm is situated on approximately 104 acres and features classic red barns, paddocks, and riding facilities—a pastoral oasis about an hour north of New York City. Named after Judy Richter’s beloved horse “Mr. Coker,” the farm became a renowned center for hunter–jumper training and elite equestrian clinics under Judy, herself a celebrated trainer, author, and judge. Over the decades, Coker Farm has hosted riders of all levels, including Olympians, and has attracted a dedicated community of horse lovers from across the region
